Dr. Malek conducts and co-facilitates a variety of workshops using horses to help participants learn through the powerful experience of working with equine group leaders.  She works closely with colleague Sue Thomas, founder of LEAD:  Leadership Equine-Assisted Development, to make this powerful learning opportunity available to a wider audience.
